An Interactive-cum-Documentary Screening Session was organized on 20th April 2026 as part of the Earth Day celebrations by the Day Celebration Committee and NSS Unit, in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Ludhiana, under the aegis of SGHG Ujagar Hari Trust and the able guidance of Prof. Dr. Shweta Dhand, Officiating Principal. The session aimed to spread awareness about Earth protection and encourage students to adopt sustainable practices.The event was led by Niranjan Singh, who initiated the session by engaging the participants with thought-provoking questions related to the theme of Earth protection. His interactive approach helped in creating interest and ensured active participation among the students.Following the interaction, a documentary highlighting key Earth-protective concerns such as conservation of natural resources, reduction of pollution, climate balance, and sustainable living practices was screened. The documentary provided valuable insights and inspired students to reflect on their role in safeguarding the planet.Prof. Dr. Shweta Dhand, Officiating Principal, appreciated the efforts of all the participants and organizers for making the session meaningful and impactful.

The foundation stone of the college was laid down by Padam Bhushan Prof.(Dr.) Khem Singh Gill, former Vice Chancellor Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana on Nineteenth day of December, 2005. This institute is affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
