EDUCATIONAL TRIP REPORTInstitution: G.H.G. Institute of Law, SidhwanDate: 13th April 2026Venue: HopUp, Zirakpur & Chokhi DhaniAn educational and recreational one-day trip to Zirakpur was organized by G.H.G. Institute of Law, Sidhwan on 13th April 2026 under the guidance of the Principal, Dr. Shweta Dhand. The objective of the trip was to provide students with a refreshing break from their academic routine while promoting teamwork, cultural awareness, and experiential learning.The trip commenced at 06:30 AM, with 29 students and three faculty members—Dr. Neelam Rani (Associate Professor in Laws), Dr. Jasbir Kaur (Assistant Professor in Laws), and Ms. Neha Minocha (Assistant Professor in Laws)—departing from the college campus by bus.

Breakfast was served en route at Mitara Da Dhaba, ensuring a comfortable and energetic start to the journey.The group reached HopUp, Zirakpur at approximately 10:00 AM. Students actively participated in a variety of indoor and adventure activities, including trampoline games, rope courses, wall climbing, virtual reality (VR) games, zip line, jump tower, go-karting, and bowling. These activities helped enhance physical fitness, coordination, confidence, and team spirit among the students. A light lunch was also provided during their stay.At 01:30 PM, the group proceeded to Chokhi Dhani and arrived at around 02:30 PM.

Students experienced the rich culture and traditions of Rajasthan through a traditional welcome, folk dance performances, village-themed activities, and an engaging dance session. The visit offered valuable cultural exposure and deepened students’ appreciation of Indian heritage.After enjoying a traditional Rajasthani dinner, the group departed from Chokhi Dhani at 06:30 PM and reached Sidhwan safely at approximately 11:00 PM.

The entire trip was conducted under the careful supervision of faculty members, who ensured discipline, safety, and smooth coordination throughout the journey.Overall, the educational trip was a great success. It provided a perfect blend of learning, recreation, and cultural enrichment. Students returned with joyful memories, strengthened bonds, and a refreshed mindset. Such initiatives play a vital role in the holistic development of students.
