Under the able guidance of Dr. Shweta Dhand (Officiating Principal) and Dr. Jaswinder (Vice-Principal), the IQAC of GHG Institute of Law, Sidhwan Khurd, Ludhiana organized an Orientation Programme on the Intra-Mediation Competition on 16th March 2026.The primary objective of the orientation session was to acquaint the participants with the concept, significance, and procedure of mediation as an effective alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanism. During the session, students were informed about the rules, format, and stages involved in mediation proceedings, including the role of the mediator, parties, and negotiation process.The programme also aimed to enhance students’ communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, which are essential for successful mediation.
