Undertaking By The Students

I hereby undertake, if admitted, to attend lectures (Minimum 75%) and all internal assessment programmes in the Institute.
I hereby submit to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the authorities of the University and the authorities of the College, and shall observe and abide by the rules made by them.
I understand that if admitted, my admission will be confirmed only on my production of the Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate from my previous College or educational institution.
I undertake to take an identity card immediately and carry it with me while in the College Premises and to produce it when demanded by college staff
I understand that the curriculum and the fee structure and admission rules and criteria for this session, as well as for the upcoming sessions is likely to be revised from time to time by the Panjab University, or the State Government or the Institute and that fees might increase and I undertake to pay the increased fees whenever demanded by the authorities and to comply with the rules from time to time
I am aware that mobile phones or similar electronic gadgets have to be switched off in classrooms and during any event in the Institute. If such gadget rings or is used during classes or during events, the gadgets are liable to be confiscated by the college authorities, or fine may be imposed.
I am aware that smoking cigarettes or taking any addictive substance in College premises including the canteen, hostel, mess etc. is strictly prohibited and if found doing so, I will be liable for disciplinary action which may include suspension/expulsion.
I am also aware that it is my responsibility to keep College premises clean.
I promise not to damage college property, if so, I am liable for disciplinary action as well as fine.
I promise not to indulge in any ragging activity (As defined by Hon'ble Supreme Court in its judgments) inside or outside the College.
I promise not to indulge in cyber-crime or post any derogatory comment about the college, teachers or fellow students in social media.
I promise not to participate in any political, anti-national anti-social or undesirable activity in or outside the campus.
I undertake that in any case, if I could not pass or fulfill the eligibility criteria, my provisional admission will stand cancelled and I am fully informed about the same.
I undertake to pay full fees for the course and in case of my failure to meet the eligibility criteria for the admission, I will not have any claim for admission merely on the basis of payment of fees.
I do hereby undertake to pay the prescribed university fees every year.
I do hereby undertake to abide by the rule of the institute i.e. to pay 5% increase in annual tution fees every year
