G.H.G. Institute of Law, Sidhwan Khurd—an esteemed institution affiliated with Panjab University, Chandigarh, accredited by NAAC, approved by the Bar Council of India, and functioning under the patronage of Shri Guru Hargobind Ujagar Hari Trust—has once again demonstrated academic excellence through its outstanding results.
Prof. (Dr.) Shweta Dhand, Principal of the Institute, shared with great pride the remarkable performance of students in the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) 9th Semester examinations held in December 2025, the results of which were recently declared by Panjab University, Chandigarh. She stated that the institute has achieved an excellent result, with students securing top positions and bringing laurels to the college.
Highlighting individual achievements, Prof. Dhand informed that Ms. Prabhjot Kaur secured the Second Position with 390 out of 500 marks, while Ms. Manpreet Kaur secured the Fifth Position with 386 out of 500 marks.These outstanding accomplishments have not only enhanced the prestige of the institution but have also brought immense pride to the students’ parents and faculty members. The consistent high performance of Sidhwan Law College in Panjab University results stands as a testament to its strong academic foundation, dedicated faculty, and commitment to excellence.

The foundation stone of the college was laid down by Padam Bhushan Prof.(Dr.) Khem Singh Gill, former Vice Chancellor Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana on Nineteenth day of December, 2005. This institute is affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
