Under the able guidance of S.B.S. Sidhu, IPS (Retd.DGP), President of Shri Guru Hargobind Ujagar Hari Trust, Dr. Shweta Dhand (Officiating Principal), Dr. Jaswinder (Vice – Principal), IQAC of GHG Institute of law, Sidhwan Khurd, Ludhiana conducted an Orientation Programme on Mock Parliament on 27th January, 2025. The main objective of the orientation programme was to apprise the participants about the rules, regulations, formalities and the procedures for the conduct of Parliament, to imbibe leadership qualities, critical thinking,
democratic values, skills of debate and discussion in a healthy Manner
and to inculcate the sense of responsibility towards the nation among the students.

The foundation stone of the college was laid down by Padam Bhushan Prof.(Dr.) Khem Singh Gill, former Vice Chancellor Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana on Nineteenth day of December, 2005. This institute is affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
