Dr. Neelam Rani, Assistant Professor in Laws, and Innovation Activities, Coordinator of IIC, of G.H.G. Institute of Law, Sidhwan Khurd, Ludhiana has attended Intellectual Property & Technology Transfer Workshop organised by MOE’s Innovation Cell, AICTE, New Delhi and Institution’s Innovation Council held at ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga (Punjab) on 16th April 2025.
Dr. Rahul Taneja, Scientist, Regd. Patent and Trademark agent, HSCSIT, Panchkula and Mr. Ankit Gawri, Manager (IP & Technology Transfer) AICTE-MIC Indovation Center, Chandigarh were the Resource Persons.
In this Workshop, Resource Persons throw light on Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights and their violations in India, MIC initiatives, Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer and Technology Transfer & IP Commercialization.
The foundation stone of the college was laid down by Padam Bhushan Prof.(Dr.) Khem Singh Gill, former Vice Chancellor Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana on Nineteenth day of December, 2005. This institute is affiliated to Panjab University, Chandigarh and approved by Bar Council of India, New Delhi.
